Euro&Promos FM S.p.A. has made available a EUR 30 million plafond for the acquisition of companies in the facility management sector. It also announces the closure of its half-yearly balance sheet with excellent figures that confirm its growth from all points of view.
After the 2020 financial statements, which recorded the best year since its incorporation, both in terms of economic and financial results (€108 million value of production, Ebitda at 11.2%), Euro&Promos continues its excellent performance in the first six months of 2021: the turnover recorded was €65 million, an increase of 37.5% compared to the same period last year. Ebitda over 12%.
In order to accelerate its growth, Euro&Promos is ready to make available very significant resources and invest in expanding the range of services – clearing, maintenance, logistics and concierge – offered to its customers, both public and private. Consequently, it is ready to generate further employment.
Even so, on the employment front, Euro&Promos has no intention of stopping and the numbers confirm this growth trend. The company, present both in Friuli Venezia Giulia and throughout Italy, employs more than 5000 people and, compared to the first half of last year, has made more than 300 new hires.
The agreement on the new national multi-service contract was recently signed. “We have worked in the front line with the employers’ and trade union organisations. The agreement provides for a significant increase in workers’ pay. For companies, it is certainly an important investment,” explains Alberto Tavano Colussi, “but it is also a sign of our desire to contribute to the recovery of the country. At this historic moment for our sector, it was important to give a concrete signal to the workers who, with their sense of responsibility, have been able to intervene at every stage of this pandemic. The desire is to bring order to a sector that is fundamental for the care and protection of everyone, for the economy and for work”.
Tavano Colussi concludes, “As we have done in recent years, we will continue to invest in technology and staff training because they are distinctive elements with high added value, which make the difference in the services we offer our customers. We have recently signed a protocol with the University of Udine to find sanitising solutions that combine efficiency with low environmental impact. The real added value is to make available to customers the skills and solutions obtained in the field of research and innovation”.
